We are very proud of this site and the information we are providing to everyone, compiled in one place, for free. Other than case law, pretty much everything anyone would need, or want, on the subject is here. We want you to use it. Whether you are a judge, lawyer, client or just curious; we want you to use it. And please, pass the word on. We know that not everyone who visits this site is a potential client. At the same time, we know that you all probably will know someone at some point who will need us, and hope you would refer them here. It's a good place to start. For lawyers, mediators and judges, if you have read through the site you know we do not engage in warfare of any kind. We do our best to educate our clients and to guide them to make informed decisions and to exercise their right to self determination. An educated client is our best customer. It makes everyone's job easier and, hopefully, will help reduce “recidivism”. If we can not get it done, we urge mediation. We have a panel of mediators to whom we refer cases and those mediators agree to accept the cases we refer on a reduced fee schedule. The same holds true for lawyers (it's only fair). Our clients, or potential clients, often ask for referrals to lawyers who handle contested cases. We have a panel of lawyers throughout the state who we refer those cases to, and those lawyers agree to reduce their fees, as well. We never ask for or accept a referral fee.
