Referrals to divorce professionals: Lawyers, mediators and mental health providers

We only accept and process uncontested cases. That is the foundation of our business model. While we do accept cases with an uncooperative spouse, our experience is that in many of those an uncontested resolution is attainable. That said, however, if the case is contested (ironically, we know that 97% of all divorce cases ultimately settle with a marital settlement agreement in hand; unfortunately, many people have to go through much heartache and financial strain to get there), we get out.

We are deeply committed to providing meaningful help to the people who reach out to us. Turning someone away cold is not our style. So, we are always on the lookout for good hearted, competent professionals to whom we can refer the contested cases out. We have our own panel of lawyers from around the state that we feel comfortable referring people to. Our panel list continues to grow as we market our firm statewide.

No referral fees. Discounted fees for the clients.

We never ask for or accept a referral fee from anyone for referring a client. What we do insist upon is that the client gets a discounted fee of at least between 25-50%.
